Cancellation & Refund Policy

The purpose of this Cancellation & Refund Policy is to explain the terms under which Iskcon Vrindavan Guest House (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles booking cancellations, changes, and refunds. By making a booking through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment or written confirmation from Iskcon Vrindavan Guest House. All confirmations are subject to room availability. Booking details, including applicable cancellation terms, are shared at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation by Guest

• Cancellations must be requested via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• A cancellation is valid only after it has been acknowledged by us.
• Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation and the booking type.

3. Refund Policy

• Some bookings may be fully refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable.
• Refund eligibility depends on how close the cancellation date is to the check-in date.
• Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges, if any.

4. No-Show Policy

A No-Show occurs when a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not cancelled the reservation in advance. In such cases, the full booking amount will be forfeited unless stated otherwise in the booking terms.

5. Early Check-Out

Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date will not be entitled to any refund for unused nights, even if prior notice is given.

6. Cancellation by Management

In rare situations such as safety concerns, force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions), or operational issues, Iskcon Vrindavan Guest House reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. In such cases, guests will be informed promptly and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

7. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment where possible.
• Refund timelines depend on banks or payment gateways and may take several working days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

8. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges such as payment gateway fees, service charges, or applicable taxes may be non-refundable. Details of such charges will be communicated at the time of booking.

9. Amendments to Bookings

Requests for date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and may be treated as cancellation and rebooking in certain cases. Any tariff difference must be paid by the guest.
