1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to room availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or written confirmation.
• Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Identification

As per government regulations, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving Licence at the time of check-in.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made through authorised payment gateways or approved methods.
• We do not store debit or credit card details.
• All applicable taxes are included or charged as per prevailing laws.

5. Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the booking plan selected. In case of a no-show (guest not arriving on the check-in date), the booking amount may be forfeited.

6. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests, staff, and property.
• Any damage to property may be charged to the guest.
• Illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

7. Safety & Security

CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for safety and security. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

8. Website Usage

• The website is intended for personal and informational use only.
• Unauthorised use, data scraping, or interference with website functionality is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Iskcon Vrindavan Guest House shall not be held responsible for loss, injury, or damages arising due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
